Baba Evans Moore
works as program coordinator and professional literacy workshop presenter for parents in the DCPS Head Start program and public schools. His vast social service experiences provide a cornucopia of human-interest sagas that become ideal for fiction writing.
In his second self-published novel, The Pastor’s Letter, he draws upon his earlier theological background and involvement in the religious communities around Chicago. His third novel, While the Village Sleeps, reflects Washington, DC’s illicit drug dealings, street crimes, and a highly unstable public school system.
Baba lives in Maryland and is raising two granddaughters.
His hobbies are reading, writing, and helping emerging young readers discover the world of books.
